Dies sind die Hauptvorteile des Controllers:

• ca. 35% weniger Stromverbrauch bei gleicher Leistung und deutlich weniger Hitze

• Anzeigen des richtigen Batteriestandes
• Masse Schaltsignal für das optionale Lichtmodul

Auswahloptionen:

• Leistung
  Die Leistung ist wählbar in 2 Schritten.
• Motorstecker
  Der Standard bei Bafang Motoren ist der 30A Anderson Stecker. Als option dient der XT60 mit Hartvergoldeten Kontakten, welche nicht oxidieren und bis zu 60A übertragen können.
• Spannung
  Wir bieten den Motor mit den Spannungen von 48v und 52v an. Diese sind durch uns per Software nachträglich änderbar.
• Motorfett
  Da Bafang ein undefinierbares Motorfett einsetzt welches nicht wirklich langlebig ist, bieten wir euch das Hochleistungs Fett von Mobile an.
  Durch die viel bessere schmierung hat der Motor eine deutlich verbesserte Haltbarkeit.
• Batterie Dauerleistung
  Damit eure Batterie nicht überlastet wird brauchen wir die Angabe, wieveil Ampere diese als Dauerleistung abgeben kann.
  Die Dauerleistung wird oftmals durch die verwendete BMS begrenzt und liegt meist bei 30A.Alternativ haben wir Batterien im Angebot welche eine Dauerleistung von 40A oder 50A haben.

3. Wir prüfen deinen Motor und bauen den Controller ein
4. Nach erfolgreicher Teststandsfahrt senden wir dir deinen Motor zurück

Hinweis:
Ab einer Leistung von über 2000 Watt müssen die Motorstecker gewechselt. Es gilt zu beachten, dass bei 3000 Watt ein erhöhter Verschleiß auftritt, welcher von der Gewährleistung nicht abgedeckt ist. Ebenso kommt es bei mehr als 2000 Watt zu einer stärkeren Hitzeentwicklung und diese Leistung kann nicht dauerhaft abgerufen werden.

These are the main advantages of the controller:

• a much more natural start-up and more control over the power of the motor (no more pushing)
• approx. 35% less power consumption with the same performance and significantly less heat
• up to 2500 watts motor power, depending on the battery
• short circuit protection of the controller
• protection against motor overheating
• indication of the correct battery level
• Ground switching signal for optional light module

Options:

• Power
  Power is selectable in 2 steps.
• Motor connector
  The standard for Bafang motors is the 30A Anderson connector. As an option, the XT60 with hard gold-plated contacts, which do not oxidize and can transmit up to 60A.
• Voltage
  We offer the motor with the voltages of 48v and 52v. These can be changed by us via software.
• Motor grease
  Since Bafang uses an indefinable motor grease which is not really durable, we offer you the high-performance grease from Mobile.
  Due to the much better lubrication, the engine has a much better durability.
• Battery durability
  To avoid overloading your battery we need to know how many amps it can deliver as continuous power.
  The continuous power is often limited by the BMS used and is usually around 30A.Alternatively, we have batteries on offer which have a continuous output of 40A or 50A.

Procedure:

1. Buy the controller with the desired options and accessories
2. Pay the invoice and send the motor to INNOTRACE
